Pawpito

Pawpito needs someone who’s okay with taking things slow.

This little guy is 6 years old and has enough Chihuahua anxiety to be suspicious of his own shadow. We’d love to find him a retired person or couple with a quiet home and plenty of patience while he decompresses and learns he’s safe.

He needs time to build trust, without being rushed or expected to settle in overnight. Someone willing to let him come around at his own pace could make such a difference for him.

Because of his needs and his age, for a retired adopter we’re asking for just a $100 donation toward his vet bill in place of an adoption fee. Finding the right home for Pawpito is what matters most
