Meet Buddy – Small Boy, Big Personality!
Buddy is a Shih Tzu mix who is truly the full package, wrapped up in adorable scruffy fur. He’s the sweetest cuddle bug with a playful, energetic side — and when he gets excited, he’ll literally run laps around you!
Buddy is fully leash trained and potty trained, and while he does great on walks, he absolutely loves having a yard where he can run free. He enjoys daily physical activity and is always up for an adventure, whether it’s nature trails, farmer’s markets, or any outing that starts with his favorite thing of all — a car ride!
He does well around cats and other dogs, but Buddy would thrive best as the only dog in the home. He adores his humans and wants all the attention to himself. Because of this strong bond, Buddy doesn’t like being alone and can cry or bark when separated. He’s a smart boy and is already working on improving this with consistency and reassurance.
Buddy has had a rough few months bouncing around, and he’s more than ready to settle into a loving forever home. With a little patience, routine, and lots of affection, Buddy will be an absolute dream companion for someone looking for a loyal, loving best friend.
